We will be discussing about stretching.. hope you are not listening that first time as it is very important part of workout or exercise routine.
Lets learn how it works
Stretching of muscles canbe understand by when you tie a rubber band without stretching it..it won't give you its benefits completely and falls short.
Similar in case of our muscles they work more efficiently when fully elongated.
Our muscular body is somewhat similar the rubber band. Within a limit.
Group of muscles needed to be stretched
Quadriceps- Muscles of front of thigh.
Hold your foot from behind and move your knees behind. Felt the stretch? Good👍hold second and repeat 5 times.
Hamstrings- Muscles of back of thigh
Cross your legs and bend forward to touch your feet.
Felt stretch? Good 👍hold 5 second and repeat 5 times.
Chest muscles-
Stand in front of wall facing opposite keep your hand on the wall behind and move upper body in opposite direction. Hold 5 seconds repeat 5 times from both sides.👍
Abdominal muscles-
lie down on your stomach put your hands in front lift your body up straight your elbows. Hold for 5 seconds and repeat 5 times. Relax👍
